Thank you for choosing GrowMommy. By using our platform and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GrowMommy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Use and Restrictions

GrowMommy offers tools for automation, CRM, and communication services. You are responsible for using the platform lawfully and in line with these terms.

Subscriptions provide access to the platform’s features and tools. A subscription does not equal ownership of any software, system, or account within GrowMommy.

3. Sub-Account Ownership

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, GrowMommy retains full ownership of all sub-accounts under its agency. Clients are granted access through subscription, but ownership of the infrastructure, workflows, and back-end setup remains with GrowMommy.

This includes all accounts provisioned under the GrowMommy platform through our Go High Level agency instance.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments made to GrowMommy are final. Services and subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. SMS Program & Carrier Compliance

In compliance with A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging regulations, including Twilio and Go High Level carrier requirements, GrowMommy provides the following SMS disclosures:

Enclosed is a copy of the boilerplate terms of service covering minimum requirements from the carriers:

  • Program Name: GrowMommy Notifications

  • Program Description: Users will receive onboarding updates, reminders, product notifications, and service alerts related to their GrowMommy account.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Once received, you’ll get a confirmation that your number has been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

  • If you need help with the SMS service, reply with "HELP" or contact us directly at info@growmommy.com.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on account activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowMommy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the platform. You agree to use the services at your own risk.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

GrowMommy is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information while using our software platform and CRM services.

GrowMommy may allow access to your data by subcontractors who assist in delivering services (e.g., tech support), but only as needed to perform their tasks.

No mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will be used for marketing or promotional purposes. All messaging opt-in data will not be shared outside of GrowMommy or the contractors who support service delivery.

3. A2P Messaging Compliance

GrowMommy complies with all A2P messaging regulations, including Twilio and Go High Level guidelines. All SMS communication is consent-based, and opt-out instructions are provided in every message.

You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to our messages. We will confirm your status and discontinue further communication.

4. Data Security

We apply standard industry safeguards to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account remains active. Once deactivated, we may retain limited data as required by law or for business purposes.

6. Final Sale Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, and service payments to GrowMommy are final. Refunds are not issued unless required by law.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. All changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
